All I want to do is empty my mind
I’m sick of feeling like I am making the decent into madness. Maybe it is a happier place, but still. I’ve always felt like I am a resident of two worlds, although switching from one to the another is very painful. But switching from this one back into my own world feels so calming. Like a personal nirvana. I want these barriers to stop hurting so badly. My mind won’t stop...

So I read this article about street children in...
And how they were abandoned because their step-father(or actual fathers) raped them and then the father says they were seduced. Thus the mother kicks the child out on the streets. Life is rough out there and they cut themselves as a badge of honor or to avoid being arrested. There are many girls like this across Brasil but especially in Pernambuco.
